  • Where can I buy tickets?
    Tickets are available for purchase online here. Tickets will also be available at the festival box office when doors open each day. Only credit cards will be accepted for the purchase of tickets at the box office.

  • Are there age restrictions?
    We welcome people of all ages to the festival. Kids under 10 years old get in free. No minors will be permitted to enter the 21+ beer garden/liquor sponsor area under any circumstances. Minors may enter the VIP area accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, but must have their own VIP credentials/ticket. We will be checking IDs for proof of 21+ to purchase and consume alcohol.
  • Will there be food and drink at the event?
    We will have a variety of food vendors at the event for the duration of the festival. Drinks will also be available for purchase and will include everything from soft drinks, to microbrews and domestic beer, hard seltzers, and cocktails.
  • What can I bring/ what's not allowed?
    Prohibited items include: firearms or weapons of any kind fireworks or explosives firetoys (no open flames). Glow toys are okay. No pets inside the venue (pets are okay in campgrounds per Pleasant Harbor regulations) No outside food or drink inside the venue. No backpacks, purses, or bags (small clutch bags approx. the size of a hand and clear plastic/vinyl/PVC bags are okay) Shade tents and other view-obstructing items Items allowed: Bags that are clear plastic, clear vinyl, and PVC are allowed Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand are allowed Clear plastic hydration packs and reusable water bottles (i.e. clear plastic camelbak, hydroflasks, etc.) are permitted but must be EMPTY upon entry. Sealed water bottles are permitted. Blankets and chairs (restricted to designated areas)
  • Does my ticket come with a camping pass?
    No. Camping reservations must be made separately. For more information on reserving a campsite, please visit our Camping Page.
  • Where is the box office and what time is it open?
    The box office will be located near the main entrance of the festival grounds. Hours: Friday 11/3: 11am-10pm Saturday 11/4: 11am-10pm Sunday 11/5: 11am-10pm

  • Is re-entry allowed?
    Yes, you may come and go as you'd like!
  • What are the festival hours?
    Friday 11/3: 2:00pm - 11pm Sat 11/4: 12pm - 11pm Sun 11/5: 12pm - 10pm
  • Is the event ADA compliant?
    Yes.
  • What forms of payment are accepted at the festival?
    The festival box office and bars will only be accepting credit and debit card payments, along with contactless payments such as ApplePay, Android Pay, Google Wallet, and contactless cards. Some of the independent food and artisan vendors may accept other forms of payment.
  • What is your photo/video policy?
    Attendees may take photos and shoot videos for personal, non-commercial use with personal cameras as long as they are not obstructing views, or using any sort of device like a tripod or selfie stick. Drone use is prohibited.
  • What is the weather like at Pleasant Harbor?
    Please come prepared for any weather conditions. This includes, sun, heat, cold, rain, wind, etc. Being near the lake can get windy and chilly at night, so come prepared. The show happens rain or shine.
  • What is the seating like?
    Seating is all General Admission lawn seating so bring a blanket or chair if you'd like! Please note that blankets and chairs cannot be placed up close in front of the stages and will be restricted to designated areas that will be identified with signs. Some seating will be provided in the VIP section and picnic tables with seating are also available near the food trucks.
  • Can I record the festival?
    Audio taping the music at the festival is permitted. Recording devices must be self-contained and you may not obstruct the view of other guests with your equipment.
  • What kind of amenities does Pleasant Harbor offer?
    The festival grounds will offer plenty of beverage and food options, restrooms and hand sanitizing stations. Pleasant Harbor has a full service marina, RV Park, Dillons restaurant, and a convenience store for basic supplies. Pleasant Harbor Marina provides rentals of skis, pontoon boats and sail boats, personal watercraft, kayaks, paddle boats, and hydroflying. Visit the Pleasant Harbor Website for more information. Shade will be limited so please make sure to wear sunscreen and a hat.
  • Where do I check-in/ get my wristband if I already bought a ticket?
    You will check-in and pick up your wristband(s) at the box office located near the main entrance of the festival. You will need to show your emailed ticket confirmation. We recommend taking a screenshot of your ticket confirmation incase phone/internet reception is poor.
  • Is there a fee to park?
    Pleasant Harbor has a $9 per car per day entry fee. This is not included in ticket prices. If you have a camping reservation, the parking fee is already included in your camping fee.
  • Where can I camp?
    Pleasant Harbor offers many on-site camping options such as RV camping, car camping, and tent camping. Pleasant Harbor campsite reservations can be purchased directly through the Pleasant Harbor website. Other off-site campsites can be reserved through the Lake Pleasant Regional Park website.   • How do I reserve a campsite?

  • Can I camp in my car?
    Yes, but you must make a camping reservation in one of the dry camping areas at Pleasant Harbor.
  • Is there RV camping?
    Yes. There are both full and paritial hookup RV sites along with an abundance of RV dry camping sites at Pleasant Harbor.
  • Are there showers and bathrooms available for campers?
    A pass to the RV Resort’s clubhouse can be purchased for $10 and is good for the duration of your camping reservation. The pass can be purchased by calling the RV Resort and adding it to your reservation or can be purchased in person at the RV resort office when you arrive. A clubhouse pass cannot be purchased when making a reservation online.
  • Can I have a campfire?
    The campfire policy is set by Pleasant Harbor and Lake Pleasant Regional Park: â–  Pleasant Harbor: Fire must be in a self-contained metal fire pit, which has a screen cover, and is elevated off the ground. â–  Lake Pleasant Regional Park fire guidelines: https://www.maricopacountyparks.net/park-locator/lake-pleasant-regional-park/ â–  Please note that policy can be changed at any time and will subject to any area burn restrictions during festival weekend.
  • What are the camping regulations?
